Our last vlog and blog on 18 heatless hairstyles was such a hit, that we've come back with more for you guys ! This time with some shorter hair ;) These are some more simple heatless hairstyles for everyday wear that can be done in less than 3 minutes. All you'll need is some hair ties and bobby pins that match your hair colour. And remember... NO straighteners, NO curlers, and NO hairdryers ! 

Before I style my hair for the day, I get all my nasty knots out with my Tangle Tamer and nourish my hair with hair care serum, so it stays soft all day.

Hairstyle One: Twisted Crown

As you may have seen in the last hairstyle vlog, this hairstyle is timeless, and suitable for all styles and cuts. Start off my taking two working pieces from either side of your head and tie them at the centre back of your head. Pull the tie down a little to create some room to loop the small ponytail up and through the opening. This creates a twisted look, perfect to spice up any outfit.

Hairstyle Two: Double Twist

A continuation from the last hair style, this one is just pulling more hair back and doing the same technique. It's more hair off your beautiful face, and if you wanted to you could continue it all the way down until all of your hair was up. 

Hairstyle Three: Plaits in a Pony

For this hairstyle, we want to scatter some random plaits throughout the hair. To plait, start off my taking three working pieces of hair and pull the piece to the right over the middle piece, then the piece to the left over the middle piece. Continue this until you have no more hair left to work with. In the above photos, we have styled the hair to have three scattered plaits and then taken all of the hair and plaits and tied them together in a ponytail. This is a really simple way to make a ponytail different and unique. 

Hairstyle Four: Pony Plait

This heatless hairstyle just adds something a little extra to your normal ponytail. Tie your hair up in the centre of the back of your head, and split your hair into three working sections. You can either Dutch or French plait, it won't make much of a difference. Plait it until you have no more hair to work with, and once tied up, go through and loosen it up to create some texture to it. 

Hairstyle Five: Dutch Braid

Starting from the top of your head, make three working sections with smaller pieces of hair. Cross the right outer piece under the middle piece, then take the opposite (left) outer piece and cross it under to the middle. Starting the first weave with a plait makes it easier (in my opinion) to get in the groove for a braid. Now take the outer right piece, add some hair from under and next to it, and pull it all under to the middle. Do the same to the left outer section, and continue until you get to the nape of your neck, and dutch plait the rest. Tie up at the bottom, and gently pull out random parts of the plait and braid to make more texture. 

Hairstyle Six: Braid Crown

For this heatless hairstyle we want to make two loose dutch braids on either side of the head. One side at a time, make three working sections with smaller pieces of hair. Cross the right outer piece under the middle piece, then take the opposite (left) outer piece and cross it under to the middle. Starting the first weave with a plait makes it easier (in my opinion) to get in the groove for a braid. Now take the outer right piece, add some hair from under and next to it, and pull it all under to the middle. Do the same to the left outer section, and continue until you get to the nape of your neck and tie it up. Do the same to the other side, and once both dutch braids meet at the bottom, middle of the head, then tie them and the rest of the hair up into a ponytail. Pull the braids out a little to create texture. This style is nice and easy, and perfect to dress up for any occasion.
