Treat your scalp with our Jojoba & Mint serum.

• Prior to cleansing your hair, massage a few drops into your scalp, leave in for as long as desired, then cleanse/condition hair as normal. Your scalp and hair will love you.

Cleanse your hair with the Hydrate Shampoo.

• Apply a small amount of shampoo into your palm, lather then massage into your wet hair and scalp, using circular motions to stimulate hair growth and activate cleansing. 
• Rinse thoroughly and repeat. This ensures hair and scalp are thoroughly cleansed and the shampoo imparts all its nourishment. 
• Follow up with the Kus Culture® Hydrate Conditioner or Frizz Slayer Hair Mask.

Exfoliate and remove build-up with the Scalp Scrubber.

• Apply your shampoo directly onto hair or onto the scalp scrubber, and then distribute it throughout the hair.
• While holding the scalp scrubber in your palm, gently press the tips to the scalp and massage slowly in very small circular motions for a few minutes. Apply pressure to your liking. 
• Repeat on all areas of the scalp. Avoid large circular motions to prevent tangling.

SHIPPING FEES:

We endeavour to dispatch orders from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, however during public holiday periods and sales this may take slightly longer. Once your goodies are dispatched and on their way to you, you will receive a shipping notification via email, with your tracking number. All orders are shipped via Australia Post, standard shipping.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

• FREE Standard shipping for orders $100 and over, otherwise a flat rate of $9 will be applied at checkout. 

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

• All customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver and are not included in the cost of your order or in the shipping charge. 
• The prices charged on our online store are the same AUD currency and amounts for both domestic and international orders. Orders outside Australia do not reflect any Australian GST.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are pleased to offer a replacement or refund for any unopened and unused item(s) that are found to be faulty. Where required by law, we will meet our obligations under the ACCC or similar legislation, which may include providing a replacement (subject to stock availability) or issuing a refund once the faulty item has been returned and assessed.

Exclusions and Limitations

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or assume liability for damaged or faulty goods in the following circumstances:

•    If the product was purchased through a third-party retailer or stockist.

•    If there are visible signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.
