Cleanse your hair with the Hydrate Shampoo.

• Apply a small amount of shampoo into your palm, lather then massage into your wet hair and scalp, using circular motions to stimulate hair growth and activate cleansing. 
• Rinse thoroughly and repeat. This ensures hair and scalp are thoroughly cleansed and the shampoo imparts all its nourishment. 
• Follow up with the Kus Culture® Hydrate Conditioner or Frizz Slayer Hair Mask.

Lock in hydration with our Hydrate Conditioner.

• After cleansing with the Kus Culture® Hydrate Shampoo, gently squeeze out excess water from hair, then apply a small amount of conditioner, spreading through the mid-lengths to ends. 
• Leave in for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
• How often to use will depend on your hair type and washing schedule but can be used daily if necessary.

Nourish your hair with the Frizz Slayer Hair Mask.

• Evenly distribute the Frizz Slayer Mask, in replace of conditioner, to cleansed hair, starting from ends to mids.
• Leave in for 10-15 mins
• Rinse thoroughly with cool luke-warm water.
• TIP: Can be used as a treatment too - simply apply a liberal amount, leave it on for at least 15 minutes, or even overnight if desired in our micro-fibre hair towel, then rinse out with cool/luke-warm water.

Spritz the Spray to shield from heat tools and UV rays.

• Spritz a bit into wet hair before blow drying, and dry hair before using any heat tools. 
• We also recommend using before overexposing your hair to natural heat: sun and UV.

Finish and smooth with our hydrating Jojoba & Mint serum.

• DRY HAIR: Pump a few drops of serum into your palms, rub together and then apply to your mid to ends of hair.
• WET HAIR: Pump a few drops of serum into your palms, rub together and then apply by scrunching into your mid to ends of hair.
• Use a wooden brush or comb to spread the serum more evenly.
• TIP: Can be used as a scalp treatment too - Prior to cleansing your hair, massage a few drops into your scalp, leave in for as long as desired, then cleanse/condition hair as normal. Your scalp and hair will love you.

Define your curls with the Kus Curls Cream.

• Apply evenly to clean wet/damp hair. Use your fingers to spread, scrunch and twist curls. 
• Then air dry or blow dry with a diffuser to add volume and curl definition.
• TIP: Use a small amount on “refresh “days to redefine and style curls.

We endeavour to dispatch orders from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, however during public holiday periods and sales this may take slightly longer. Once your goodies are dispatched and on their way to you, you will receive a shipping notification via email, with your tracking number. All orders are shipped via Australia Post, standard shipping.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

• FREE Standard shipping for orders $100 and over, otherwise a flat rate of $9 will be applied at checkout. 

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

• All customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver and are not included in the cost of your order or in the shipping charge. 
• The prices charged on our online store are the same AUD currency and amounts for both domestic and international orders. Orders outside Australia do not reflect any Australian GST.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are pleased to offer a replacement or refund for any unopened and unused item(s) that are found to be faulty. Where required by law, we will meet our obligations under the ACCC or similar legislation, which may include providing a replacement (subject to stock availability) or issuing a refund once the faulty item has been returned and assessed.

Exclusions and Limitations

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or assume liability for damaged or faulty goods in the following circumstances:

•    If the product was purchased through a third-party retailer or stockist.

•    If there are visible signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.
